As a Case Manager in our personal injury division, Davis does a little bit of everything. He communicates with clients and agencies, organizes case information and evidence, does research, files with the courts, and completes a variety of tasks ad hoc. Davis approaches his work at Bailey and Oliver as a tremendous learning opportunity and likes to engage in any experiences that might teach him valuable lessons moving forward in his job and career.
A native of Rogers, Davis returned home after graduating from Vanderbilt University. He majored in Political Science and Medicine, Health & Society and was involved in a variety of clubs that influenced his decision to eventually become a lawyer himself. He was president of a peer mentorship program, a leader in student government, and an English writing mentor for refugees in Nashville. He also volunteered in organizations that worked to exonerate wrongfully accused inmates and raise awareness about societal discrepancies. His experiences in college showed him the importance of advocacy, especially for those that are among our most vulnerable. He greatly enjoys working one-on-one with clients, and the legal sector felt like a natural fit for his skills and interests.
Working at Bailey & Oliver has allowed Davis to explore many of his interests under the care of some of the best trial attorneys in the state. He admires the family-focused feel of the office and how well the team blends together. He feels the energy and compassion our team contains exemplifies itself in the work we do for our clients. He looks forward to his future in the legal sector, but for now is enjoying his work one day at a time.
