Visual Aids & Focus Groups

At Oliver Law Firm we have a very visual approach to telling our clients’ stories. When you are a member of the jury for one of our cases, we want you to be extremely familiar with the details of what happened to our client. We use large pictures printed on boards, slides, video testimony, timeline boards and more to paint a clear picture of the event.

We test all these visual aids in focus groups before trial to make sure that they are communicating what we intend them to. We strive to be as prepared as possible for your day in court. The feedback that we receive from our mock jurors is vital in our preparation for trial.  The pictures below are from a focus group we hosted recently. Our client was tragically electrocuted by a downed powerline. The jury awarded our client $2 million.
