Law Clerk Selection

Attorney Ryan Scott oversees the bi-annual process of selecting and hiring Law Clerks to join our team. Working closely with the University of Arkansas School of Law, currently enrolled law students are invited to submit a resume and writing sample.  Ryan chairs the Law Clerk Selection Committee comprised of Bailey & Oliver attorneys and team members who review the résumés’ and select law students for interviews. Following the interview process, selected law students receive an offer to join our firm as a Law Clerk.

"Our goal is to provide law students with valuable professional experience prior to completing law school".   - Ryan Scott
