2016 Law Clerks Ty Barnes and Deborah Moore.

Law Clerk Selection

Attorney Ryan Scott oversees the bi-annual process of selecting and hiring Law Clerks to join our team. Working closely with the University of Arkansas School of Law, currently enrolled law students are invited to submit a resume and writing sample. Ryan chairs the Law Clerk Selection Committee comprised of Oliver Law Firm attorneys and team members who review the résumés’ and select law students for interviews. Following the interview process, selected law students receive an offer to join our firm as a Law Clerk.

“Our goal is to provide law students with valuable professional experience prior to completing law school”. – Ryan Scott
